Our Mission
To MAKE DISCIPLES for Jesus and lead them to grow into fully devoted followers of Christ.
Our Values
Biblical Teaching. We believe the timeless truths of God’s word and the apostolic examples provide essential guidance and instruction for our lives. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
Living Like Jesus. At all times we desire to let Christ’s life of sacrifice, service and holiness guide our actions, thoughts and speech. (Philippians 2:3-11)
Spirit Led. We desire to be the true children of God who allow the Spirit of God within us to lead us in our daily lives and the choices and decisions we make. (Romans 8:14, Ephesians 5:18)
Unity and Peace. We believe that unity and peace among church members is crucial for God to bless us as a church and show outsiders that our faith is genuine. (Ephesians 4:3, John 17:23)
Empowering and Equipping. We believe in preparing all members for ministry, providing spiritual training and resources necessary for each member to fulfill God’s purpose for them. (Ephesians 4:11-13)
Prioritizing Evangelism. We believe that at the core of what God has called us to is to lovingly teach others about Jesus and their need for Him so He can save and transform their lives. (Matthew 28:18-20)
Grace Affirming. We believe that we are saved not because of how good we are or because of anything we can do, but because of God’s tremendous grace and love for us. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:4-7)
Prayer Based. We believe that prayer is an essential spiritual discipline that helps us to be close to God in our walk of faith. We believe that prayer actually changes things as God hears and acts upon the prayers we lift up to Him. (I Thessalonians 5:17, Luke 18:1)
Godly Leadership. Our leaders seek the Lord as their guide and strive to live lives of humility, service and holiness that model Christ-likeness to others. (I Peter 5:1-4)
Participation not observation. The church has been designed by God to be a unique place where all have been uniquely gifted by Him to participate and serve so that the entire body will be built up. When we come together, it is not to be for observation, but participation. It is exercising our gifts that causes us to grow. Sitting back and watching will cause our spiritual faculties to degenerate. (Rom.12:6-8, I Cor.12:7, I Cor.14:26-2)
