Ozzy grew up in a small-town northwest of Dallas, called Forestburg. After high school, he joined the United States Army to serve his country. He and Jenifer were married upon Ozzy’s return from a yearlong tour in Iraq in May of 2004. They have four beautiful children (Abigail, Timothy, Grace, and Eden-Rose), and two dogs.
After serving his country, both Ozzy and Jenifer decided to devote their lives serving the Lord. Ozzy attended and graduated from several schools over the years, including Sunset International Bible Institute, Amridge University and Liberty University. He graduated from Liberty University with a M.A. in Christian Ministry in 2020. Ozzy served as a stateside missionary from 2012-2022, being an instrumental part of a church plant (Rapid City, South Dakota), in which Landmark was the sending church.
Ozzy enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with his children, reading and studying. Among Ozzy’s hobbies are watching and playing competitive sports, exercising, long-range shooting, precision reloading, hunting and hiking. His favorite scriptures are Acts 17:26-28 and 2 Corinthians 5:16.
Ozzy’s passion is discipleship. Whether a person grew up inside or outside of the church, Ozzy loves to help people discover what a relationship with God looks like, and help them understand how to share their faith with their friends, family and neighbors.
